Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the HR Space web application and mobile app ("HR Space", "the Platform"), provided by E2X Infotech for its own employees. By logging into HR Space, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use HR Space

HR Space is an internal tool. Access is provisioned exclusively by E2X Infotech to its current employees, interns, and authorised personnel. There is no public registration; your account is created and its role/permissions are assigned by HR or an administrator.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• HR Space enforces a limit on the number of devices linked to your account at one time; an administrator can reset this if you change devices.
• Notify HR or IT immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Your access is tied to your employment; it will be suspended or removed on separation from the Company, per standard offboarding.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HR Space only for its intended purpose — managing your own attendance, leave, tasks, documents, and viewing your salary/payroll information — and agree not to:

• Submit false attendance, location, or leave information
• Attempt to access data, records, or accounts you are not authorised to view
• Upload documents that are not genuinely yours or that you do not have the right to submit
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's normal operation
• Use the Platform for any purpose unrelated to your employment with E2X Infotech

4. Attendance & Location Data

Clocking in or out through HR Space captures your device's location and IP address at that moment, which becomes part of your official attendance record. Submitting attendance from a location, or with location services disabled where required, may be treated as a policy exception subject to your Company's attendance and correction-request policies.

5. Payroll & Salary Information

Salary structures, payslips, and payroll history shown in HR Space are generated and maintained by HR/Admin. HR Space displays this information for your reference; it does not itself constitute a contractual offer or amendment to your compensation. Discrepancies should be reported to HR directly.

6. Documents You Submit

By uploading a document (ID proof, certificates, cancelled cheque, etc.) you confirm it is authentic, accurate, and that you have the right to submit it for your employment record. E2X Infotech may request re-verification or removal of a document at its discretion.

7. Availability

We aim to keep HR Space available and reliable, but the Platform is provided "as is" without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

HR Space, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of E2X Infotech. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as an employee.

9. Termination of Access

E2X Infotech may suspend or terminate your access to HR Space at any time, including on separation from the Company, or on reasonable belief that you have violated these Terms or misused the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

HR Space is an internal operational tool. To the extent permitted by law, E2X Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, other than as required by applicable employment or consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HR Space after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of HR Space will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over E2X Infotech's registered office.

13. Related Policies
